  • ✔ Strategic financial leadership
    ✔ Regular CFO advisory sessions (bi-weekly or monthly)
    ✔ Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
    ✔ Business performance analysis (KPIs, margins, unit economics)
    ✔ Scenario modeling and decision support
    ✔ Strategic tax coordination (compensation, timing, structure)
    ✔ Guidance on scaling, hiring, and capital allocation
    ✔ Ongoing support between sessions (within agreed scope)

  • This role focuses on strategic leadership and advisory.

    It does not replace:

    • day-to-day bookkeeping

    • transaction processing

    • basic compliance work

    Those functions must already be handled — either by your internal team or through our Accounting & Compliance role.

  • From CA$1,495 / month

    Pricing depends on:

    • business size and complexity

    • cadence of advisory sessions

    • level of strategic involvement required
